Before you delete
What happens when your account is removed
- All your personal information will be permanently removed
- Your booking history will no longer be accessible
- Any active bookings must be completed or cancelled first
- Saved vehicles and preferences will be erased
- This action cannot be undone
Data Retention
How long we keep your data
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), certain data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for legal and regulatory purposes. After this period, all personal data will be permanently erased.
